Jean DePiro

Jean DePiro was our third keyboard player. She played with us through the end of 2007. She brought incredible talent and musical discipline to the band. She could play anything perfectly by ear, no music necessary! Jean has moved on to another popular band, EZGO, closer to home. We will miss her much!
Jean has been tinkling the ivories since the prime age of 3. Back in 1966, Jean's parents were playing a record on the record player (remember those days?) and Jean walked over to the piano and started playing the melody of the song on the record player. Her parents knew they have a Beethoven in their midst. After 9 years of classical piano lessons, it was determined that classical music was out and rock and roll music was in. The rest is history. Jean is now a full-time music director at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Harrisonburg and also teaches piano in her spare time...
